The Iowa Academy of Science is a 501(c)3 non-profit. Donations to the Academy are tax deductable. Donations may be submitted to: Iowa Academy of Science, 175 Baker Hall, Cedar Falls, Iowa 50614-0508. Checks should be written to the Iowa Academy of Science. Donors receive a receipt for their tax records. Donations are accepted for all of the categories below or contact the IAS Executive Director for information about starting a scholarship or other special fund.

• General Fund (let IAS put your money where it is needed most)

• Benchmark Fund
  • IAS uses these funds for long-term fund development
• Science Endowment
  • Established as an endowment for the future of the Academy, the interest generated by the Science Endowment is used to supplement IAS general operating funds
• Annual Meeting Speaker Fund (Any amount)
  • Sponsor a speaker's fees, travel, or lodging
• Iowa Junior Academy of Science Programs
  • STARS Manual publication, Student research grants, OSSA, AAAS Delegate travel/registration, Annual Meeting Awards, Scholarships
